Inside Road

Clicking on the photos enlarges them.  Photos are taken as you come down the hill.  They have been taken over several years, so conditions shown will vary depending on what was happening the day the particular photo was taken.  Photos looking back up the hill will be described as such.

 

Overview

  • Rated:  
  • Type of trail:  Begins as an intermediate cruiser when accessed from the Flower Point chair, but comes to an intersection with North Fork and becomes just a quite short connector between North Fork and Big Creek.  It is the easiest way to get back to Chair 7 by crossing over to Big Creek and hanging a sharp left when you get to the road above the Tree Farms.
  • This trail is one of the new runs cut into the old Window Pane and Stumptown.  It has potential as a way to access the trees below the Flower Point chair without the steep head wall of Hidden Meadow.

The clear area off to the right was one of the more open areas in the old Window Pane.  The trail goes off to the left.
