Overview

  • Rated:  
  • Type of trail:  A deep swooping cleared run, leftover from when ski jumping in wooden skis was big.  It is groomed occasionally.
  • Accessed  from Powder Trap or Heep Steep.  Those concerned with conditions in this area should probably take a run down Corkscrew prior to taking the cut-off to this trail as you're pretty much stuck on it after you've skied over due to the topography of the approach.

To get to the Gelaendesprung, you'd head left at the bottom and take one of two routes to the top of Gelaendesprung.  THE RIGHT ROUTE REQUIRES SPEED TO GET UP A HILL unless you feel like working hard.
