Heep Steep

(Yeah, that's how they spell it.)

Clicking on the photos enlarges them. Photos are taken as you come down the hill. They have been taken over several years, so conditions shown will vary depending on what was happening the day the particular photo was taken. Photos looking back up the hill will be described as such.

Overview

Rated:
Type of trail: Occasionally groomed steep run at the bottom of Big Face.
Accessed from Ptarmigan Bowl, Benches, The Chute, Langley Trees, or Upper Langley.
Heep Steep forks at the bottom. The left hand fork takes you to the bottom of Powder Trap and the Gelaendesprung, the right fork cuts over to Corkscrew.

Heep Steep starts just below the Chair 5 lift:
