Inspiration

Overview

• Rated:   until you reach Expressway, at which point it becomes
• Type of trail:  Intermediate cruiser.  Groomed most days.  Beautiful views explain its name.  Not so great in certain sections on foggy days, especially the initial ridge and the first bend.  Wind whales tend to develop along the ridge and in fog are traps for the unwary.  The whales also develop in the first bend.
• Getting off Chair 1, head back over your right shoulder towards the front of the mountain and take the left fork as you leave the lift area.  Do not stop along the cat track or at the end of the cat track until you are out of the way on the far side of the ridge as bottlenecks could force people down into Space, which is NOT for everyone.  
• The last section of Inspiration below Expressway is a slow skiing zone that returns you to the base lodge.

Be aware that in this section, people are using the walls to do tricks.  Be prepared for skiers and riders descending from the high sides.

Inspiration continues down the right most fork.  The most visible fork in this picture is Hogan's.

After taking the right most fork, you'll head down to Russ's Street.
